Marigold

3 ¾" H x 2 ½" W x 2.125" L (Surface Area of all paintable sides: 45 sq. in.): Make magic happen in your home with Marigold the Fairy, a captivating and enchanting piece of bisque ware! She’ll look great on a bookshelf filled with fantastic books and otherworldly treasures! Marigold the Fairy has an adorable design. Fashioned as a young girl, she sits in repose wearing a simple dress with her arms and legs crossed comfortably in front of her. Cascading from her head to her shoulders are thick, flowing locks of hair, and perked up behind her are her two signature fairy wings! Common in Scottish, Irish, and other European folklore, the fairy (or faerie) has entertained and fascinated us in our stories and songs for centuries! Sometimes good and sometimes evil, fairies have a complicated relationship to people according to myth, and they have strange tendencies like a powerful attraction to anything shiny! It’s fair to say that Marigold is a good fairy!

Finish options and important paint considerations:
When choosing your paints and finish options, please keep the following information in mind:

1 oz of paint covers approximately 166 sq. inches.

Extra Glossy Finish:
-Our proprietary solution to achieve a kiln-fired, glass-like appearance that is also food-safe when applied properly.
-Required for items that need to be food-safe
-The entire piece MUST be covered in acrylic paint before applying this finish. The finish will not adhere to unpainted bisque. Please calculate the amount of paint you will need for a base coat and order accordingly

Satin Finish:
A satin, non-food-safe finish is appropriate for all pieces where food-safety is not required.  A base coat is not required, though it is recommended.
